The GEEP staff was very helpful in guiding us and logistics of the show. At this point it is hard to tell what impact this show will have on trading trends in Hong Kong/ China. However, the contacts with the US participants may result in potential increase in trading of Alpha Scents products in some other countries.

The GEEP program allowed us to establish a “first foothold” in Asian markets. The Eco Expo Asia exhibition was a good venue around which we structured several valuable meetings.

This program [Green Export Enabler Program] is good for communication: Best for SME’s. Communications for one tech with others is very good (companies are not alone in the market). This is a good program to bring companies together.

The only portion of the GEEP [Green Export Enabler] program that we truly utilized on this occasion was the support for trade event participation in Eco Expo Asia 2012. The experience has been transformational for our company. The number of specific individual contacts; the general exposure, the credibility, and the improved understanding of local business culture is astounding. We feel extremely confident that many of the seeds planted here will grow into fruitful business transactions. We would not have been able to do this without the GEEP program.
